Shanghai Shanze is very young company, established in Autumn of 2003 as a small factory at Song-jiang

District in Shanghai. Since starting, we always challenge to higher level target in Precision Machining

Metal Products field. And now we became one of top suppliers of precision machining products in

Eastern China. Especially, Our Heat-sink and Motor Housing are appreciated by a lot of customers. 90%

of our products are exported to Japan, Europe and USA directly or indirectly.We intend to continually

strive to improve its operations and achieve further growth by providing high quality products and

Sep. 1, 2003 Shanghai Shanze Precision Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established.
Jul., 2005 Company moved to present location.
Feb. 27, 2006 We are certificated ISO 9001-2000 from SGS.
Nov., 2006 We passed the ROHS inspection and chosen as A-level supplier by PANASONIC.
Sep. 13, 2007 We are certificated ISO 14001-2004 by BM TRADA.
Feb. 27, 2009 We are certificated revised ISO 9001-2008 from SGS.
Nov., 2010 We acquired five patents regarding our products and manufacturing.

About Our Services

By various demands from different customers, our company had plenty experience in the manufacturing

of precision aluminum products, including alloys, die cast, extrusion profiles, machining, stamping,

anodizing, painting, metal plating, printing, assembling, and these inspections.Especially, we specialize in

Heat-sink manufacturing field (extrusion type, Crimped fin type or Stacked fin type). From design and

simulation to actual products testing, we can support customer. And all of our products can pass the

RoHS standard.
